If you can persuade him to reveal some of those doubts and demonstrate that you think no less of him, then you’ve gone a long way toward winning the Leo man. The Leo man loves fashionable clothes. If he only had a small amount of money to spare, he’d buy an expensive pair of socks or a major-label necktie, rather than a cheap coat. A small but proportionately expensive gift is always appreciated. However, you don’t have to spend a great deal of money to win the heart of the Leo man: any gift shows appreciation and that’s all he wants deep down.

For the Leo man, sex is an all-out sensory experience, a spontaneous event to be plunged into headlong without any thought or preparation. The Leo man likes to be leapt upon, as much as he likes to leap. He doesn’t take it too seriously and is one of the few zodiac males who won’t be put off by laughter during lovemaking. Over the course of his life, the Leo man will have become used to being the centre of attention. He may even have become a little addicted to it. So, when the spotlight moves off him and onto someone else, even you, he may become a little resentful and this can lead to the worst Leo trait of all: sulkiness. Nobody sulks like a Leo man.

Another side effect of this centre-of-attention tendency, is a belief in his own public image. This can lead to boastfulness and smugness, all of which can make the Leo man difficult to live with. To make things even more complicated, he hates nothing more than to be cut down to size, which makes dealing with his inflated ego something off a challenge. The best approach to take when criticizing a Leo man is to focus on the positive. Instead of saying, “Why are you so big-headed all the time?” try, “I love the sweet, humble you: why don’t we see more of him?”

You may also find your Leo man something of a bore after a while. He loves an ever-changing audience, but as a permanent fixture in his life, you’ll have the dubious pleasure of hearing the same ‘hilarious’ anecdotes over and over again. You’ll just have to grit your teeth. Or plug your ears.
